Cathrine’s coaching style is trustworthy and genuine, supportive and caring. She is particularly passionate about stress and personal leadership - supporting people in getting faster access to their goals and becoming better versions of themselves.

It all starts with ourselves - it's as simple as that.

With over 12 years in the business arena, and living and studying in the U.K, the U.S, France, Belgium, Norway and Denmark, Cathrine brings an unusual blend of understanding, warmth and flair to her coaching. She sees her move into coaching as a natural step from her background in Human Resources.

Cathrine is originally from Norway and currently lives in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Cathrine is an active member of the board of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Denmark chapter, where she currently holds the position as treasurer.
