All fees or charges quoted are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Invoices should be paid in advance of the program start unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancelled appointments for One-to-One meetings will be charged as follows:
Less than 24 hours before the meeting – full cost
Cancelled appointments for team coaching – one day event will be charged as follows:
Less than 7 working days before the event - full cost (events cancelled for weather/safety reasons will not be charged)
We reserve the right to add interest to any amount outstanding for more than 30 days at the standard rate.
