Stress Coaching

I'm pleased to offer you an alternative to the state you are currently in. I have supported many in creating positive change in their lives, and making those changes last—and I would love to help you, too.

A stress coaching program consists of 8 sessions and will cover the following:

 

Identify the areas in your life that cause the stress 

Understand your body's stress symptoms

Implement a lasting strategy to eliminate stress symptoms 

Better manage the stress that you experience 

 

Stress coaching is mainly conducted over skype or by telephone. We start out by "meeting" weekly for the first 4-5 times, and then every other week thereafter if appropriate. Each session lasts for 60 minutes. A lasting result is created by continuous practice and focus on the changes we want to make. And hence there will be work to complete between each session.
