Stress Management

Wikipedia says:

"Stress… refers to the consequence of the failure of an organism.... to respond adequately to mental, emotional, or physical demands, whether actual or imagined."

We all experience stress in our lives.  Stress can affect every area of our lives - both physically and mentally. The problem is when unmanaged stress symptoms remain in the body for months and even years.  This can lead to serious depressions and other long term illnesses.

Stress Management Coaching is not the same as classical coaching. A person facing stress is not in a state where classical coaching is appropriate. Stress Management Coaching consists, therefore, of both stress-reduction and learning before engaging in classical coaching.

Stress Management Coaching is suitable for individuals, professionals and families.
